Kids For Kids Refund Request
Please complete the online refund request form to obtain a refund for the Kids for Kids Tournament.When requesting a refund please note the following:
1. All requests are subject to approval and must be submitted through this website. The request must include: the name of the team, division, contact person, organization/person refund is to be made out to and mailing address.
2. Requests received prior to JANUARY 20, 2023, will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee.
3. Requests received after JANUARY 20, 2023 will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee only if a replacement team can be found or they are entered into OMHA playoffs.
4. NO REFUNDS will be provided after FEBRUARY 24th, 2023.
Refunds will be provided in the form of cheque. Please allow four to six weeks to process the request.
